- Bulk Water may ONLY be taken from the Bulk Water Fill Station located at Town Hall during regular Staffed business hours:
- Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Fridays 8:30am - 11:30am
- Closed on weekends and holidays.
- Bulk Water is to picked up at Town Hall ONLY
- 333 Burnett Ave, Poncha Springs, CO 81242
- Bulk Water is NOT available at the Visitor's Center.
- The water available at the Visitor's Center allows for minimal water usage for dumping of RV tanks ONLY after paying for the dump.
- Bulk Water IS NOT FREE!
- You must have an active Bulk Water Account with us PRIOR TO use of any of our Bulk Water Fill Stations.
- All Bulk Water accounts require an Annual Bulk Water Sales Administration Fee of $70.00 and charged at a rate of $0.03/gallon.
- Individual accounts are pre-pay before fill and Commercial accounts can be invoiced at month end.
- For Commercial accounts: Meter rental available. Security Deposit of $2,000.00 (refundable), and monthly rental fee of $25.00, if applicable.
- If you need to draw construction water from a hydrant, you must coordinate with our Public Works department in order to facilitate.
- Accounts which have not been used for one (1) year will be deactivated.
- Bulk Water Service is subject to water restrictions.
- REMINDER THAT YOU ARE ON CAMERA!
- Any instances of water theft will be investigated. Fees, fines, and court summons will be issued accordingly.
