Half Day Reservation Fee of $60.00, Full Day Reservation Fee of $120.00 - 4:00pm cut off time for AM and PM reservation determinations.
Our Board Room holds up to 136 people.
We have 14 large rectangle tables (8ft x 2.5ft), 7 large round tables (5ft in diameter), over 100 chairs, a projector and projector screen.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, toaster oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and multiple coffee pots. Kitchen does not have a stove top range. Restrooms have 3 stalls each.
Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm/Friday 8:00am - Noon. CLOSED Friday Noon - 5pm, weekends and major holidays. If your event is scheduled outside of our normal office hours, you will need to check out a key 2 business days before your event (keys must be checked out before Noon on Friday for weekend events).
Your security deposit will be refunded to you as long as the room is left clean, trashcans emptied, extra tables and chairs returned to the storage closet, and nothing is damaged per the Facilities Cleaning Checklist provided.

You can also reserve the small pavilion equipped with an electrical socket, 6 picnic tables, 2 charcoal grills, and a bathroom at Chipeta Park (Bear Park).
You will need to check out a key in order to use the bathroom located in the pavilion.
